Kingdom Appliances LLC ("Kingdom Appliances," "we," "us") is an owner-operated appliance repair business based in Waxhaw, North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit k-appliances.com, call or text us, or book a repair, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to schedule and complete your service:

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number and email address.
• Service details, such as your service address, the appliance, brand, model number, the problem you describe and any photos you send.
• Messages and call records from calls and texts with our business number, (980) 300-7779.
• Appointment, estimate, invoice and payment records for the work we do.
• Basic website data, such as pages visited, browser type and the site that referred you, collected through cookies and similar tools used by our website platform.

We do not see or store your full card or bank details. Online payments are handled by our payment processors.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, schedule visits and confirm or remind you about appointments.
• To diagnose and repair your appliance, prepare estimates and invoices, and take payment.
• To follow up after service, including warranty questions and, if you agree, review requests and maintenance reminders.
• To keep business records, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.
• To improve our website and services.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, for example by checking the consent box on our booking form or by texting us first, we may send you messages about your service request, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimates, invoices and payment receipts, follow-ups, and occasional offers.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (980) 300-7779.
• Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of getting service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the business:

• Service providers that support our operations, such as our customer management and messaging platform, phone and text carriers, our website host, mapping and address tools, and our payment processors (for example Stripe and PayPal). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Parts suppliers or manufacturers, limited to details like a model or serial number when we order parts or handle a manufacturer warranty.
• Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
• Business transfer, if the business is ever sold or merged, under the same protections described here.

How long we keep information

We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to provide service, honor warranties and meet tax and legal requirements, and then delete or de-identify them.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
